About Brittany Davis
Brittany Davis is a singer/songwriter and guitarist providing original music as well as pop and contemporary country music covers from hit music stations. Davis gives an acoustic spin to the normally highly produced pop songs and breaks them down to strictly a guitar level. Equipped with only a guitar, microphone, and loop pedal, Davis has been pursuing music from a young age while living in Siler City, North Carolina. Beginning her performing career at age 13, Davis has played solo acoustic shows at various venues for profit and non-profit organizations. Since graduating college at UNC Greensboro in May of 2017, she has made music her career. Davis has played at venues in North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, Georgia, and Florida. She spends her free time writing and recording her own songs. Her songwriting is influenced by artists such as: Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, Bebe Rexha, and Julia Michaels. Davis’s songs are full of heart and authenticity. Her percussive style of rhythm guitar provides a moving beat while her voice is full of warmth with undertones of sultriness.
When Davis is not performing or writing songs, she gives guitar lessons in her studio and works for a modeling and acting agency based out of Charlotte, NC.
Davis released her first music project called “Salem Towne” in July, 2018. The 5 song EP is largely focused in the Pop genre with an acoustic ballad in the mix. Since the release, streaming numbers on Apple Music and Spotify have continued to climb. After learning recording engineering and music production, Davis self-produced “Salem Towne.”
